Live video game music jam sessions in Wisconsin’s capitol!
Madison’s Video Game Music Jams are a free, community jam session focusing on Video Game Music in a (mostly) jazz style. For 2026, we’ll meet the 5th Sunday of May, August, and November at Cargo Coffee East. You can find each jam’s Featured Songs ahead of time in the Upcoming Events section.
We aim to be as skill-inclusive as possible, and provide the below equipment for common use. Bring your own music stand!

Electric bass + amp
Keyboard
3 microphones
Due to venue restrictions, we encourage smaller-size amps (“carriable by one hand”).
